SMS records on the portal

Sign in

Log in at login.beem.africa.

Open SMS reports

Navigate to SMS → Reports (or SMS History) to view sent messages, delivery status, and timestamps.

Filter and export

Use date range, Sender ID, and status filters to locate specific submissions. Export options may be available depending on your account configuration.

Correlating with API requests

When you send via the API, store the request_id returned in the Send SMS response. Use that value with Get delivery reports and match it against portal records for troubleshooting.
